CRO Store ships to valid U.S. delivery addresses from Miami, Florida. International checkout is not available.

Customer-Paid Carrier Rates

Shipping is paid by the customer and is calculated at checkout. FedEx, UPS, and USPS options are priced from the destination address, total packed order weight, and selected service. Product prices do not include shipping, and CRO Store does not currently offer free shipping.

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. The delivery estimate shown at checkout begins after processing and may change because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Final Sale

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, size selection, or unwanted items.

If an order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date and tracking confirms non-delivery, contact us with the order number. For an item that arrives damaged, materially defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include supporting photos. Eligible claims are reviewed under the Refund Policy.
